How to Request Technical Support

There are three ways to reach our technical support team:

  1. Phone Support
    Call our main number at (720) 669-1007.
    When prompted, press 1 for Technical Support.

  2. Submit a Ticket Online
    Fill out our Support Request Form.
    You’ll receive a confirmation email once your ticket is submitted.

  3. Email Support
    Send an email to: support@lloydbluetechnologiesllc.zohodesk.com
    Your message will automatically create a support ticket in our system.


What Information to Include

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:

  • A short description of the issue

  • The device or system involved

  • Any error messages seen (screenshots are great)

  • When the issue began

  • Your contact info and preferred callback time


Business Hours and Response Time

Our regular support hours are:

  • Monday through Sunday

  • 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Mountain Time

Typical response time: 1 to 3 business hours.
