How Remote Support Works
You Request Support
Submit a support request or call us at (720) 669-1007 and choose Technical Support.
We Contact You
A technician will follow up with instructions and a secure link to join a remote session.
You Grant Permission
You’ll be asked to approve remote access before the session begins. You can see everything the technician is doing and revoke access at any time.
We Troubleshoot the Problem
The technician will diagnose and resolve the issue in real time, just as if they were physically present.
Session Ends Securely
Once the session is complete, access is automatically revoked, and no software remains installed unless needed for future sessions with your consent.
